I love visiting The Bridge Nutrition! The waffles are delicious and I HAVE to leave with a mega tea, Boss Babe is definitely one of my favorites. To top it off the girls there are super positive and friendly.
Love love this place. I crave the teas and shakes all of the time! Love Herbal Life products. Everyone that works here is so sweet, and remembers their customers. They thrive off of positivity and good vibes and you feel it when you walk in. Thank you for bringing this healthy experience to Brighton!! Love the Boss Babe Tea.

I love this place! Bianca was very welcoming and helped me understand which drinks are best for my goals. There’s a wide selection of choices, very delicious and great atmosphere i’ll definitely be back

My husband and I went for the 1st time this morning. It came highly recommended from a few friends. I got the Palm Bay protein shake and my husband got the Post Malone loaded tea. NOT DISAPPOINTED! My shake was delicious and his tea was extremely refreshing. This place is a hidden gem in Brighton, y’all! We will definitely be going back as they have so many flavors to try and protein packed treats for us to try.

Do you like protein shakes? This is your place. There are tons of tasty flavors to choose from. Still hungry? Protein doughnuts and waffles too, plain or topped off with tasty things.
