The employee helping us was rude and inpatient. Only 1 other employee seen at the time. We had never been here before and we were looking at all the options. She was rude and short when asked what some of the donut flavors were and the filling. Lacked patience when we were trying to figure out how to use the payment system. We had put our card in the wrong direction and she was getting annoyed with that. The place was not busy. Cute decor, limited seating. Donuts were good with what we chose, although the selection was limited to mostly cake donuts. Due to the poor customer service we took out donuts to go. Likely will give it another opportunity at some point but customer service needs some improvement

Doughnuts are great, the service sucks. Rude, and entitled. You're actively ruining their day by buying their doughnuts.

It's open later then most doughnut shops and it's conveniently located by KingSoopers. Great for a late afternoon snack.

I pre-ordered 7 dozen doughnuts for a celebration and needed to pick them up at 6:30 a.m. My order was not ready at that time. The doughnuts were delicious but they don't offer any gluten-free options that I needed for a colleague with celiac disease. (I had to place a separate order from a new doughnut shop that just opened in the Larkridge Center in Thornton.)I was also told over the phone that I would get a 3% discount for this large order, but that never happened. In fact, they wanted to charge my credit card twice because they claimed it didn't go through the first time. Then I was charged an extra 3.5% "processing fee" for using my credit card, which I was never told about. The owner, Jane, was quite snippy with me over the phone and said she would email me a proper receipt the following week (for accounting purposes) showing the price of $130.72 for the 84 doughnuts I purchased, instead of the $125.54 that it was supposed to be before the "processing fee" (a difference of $5.18, which is actually more than 3.5%). I never received her email nor a corrected receipt. This is not the way to run a business.I try to support local small businesses when I can, but I certainly won't be ordering from The Doughnut Social again. Their doughnuts are very good, especially the Oreo ones, but the owner does not seem appreciative of my patronage. Not once did Jane apologize for any confusion or even thank me for ordering from them. To end on a positive note, I believe they offer a military discount, which is nice that they support our men and women in uniform.

This place is completely out of doughnuts there was like 5 left and they're supposed to be open for another 7 hours? This is the 3rd time I've shown up and they have no doughnuts. Why is a doughnut shop not making doughnuts to last throughout the day I don't understand.

We used these guys for our gender reveal and BOY did they deliver. During the process, they took the time to make sure we got what we wanted and sent photo updates to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. Not to mention, they tasted great! Certainly would recommend them!

Okay so we come here a lot. Today there was something about to atmosphere. The older gal was great! Greeted us and others. This one lady came from the back to help. You could see how annoyed she was. No hey how are you..no smile. (It's the girl with the little Piercing by her lip) maybe a bad day but we felt uncomfortable. What really set it off was how she spoke to the older employee at the register. No respect just talked to her like she was stupid. We will continue to come for the donuts but if she is there I will ask for another employee.

Love the donuts, best in town-beats the grocery store ones by a mile! Servers are pleasant, on occasion slow so don't stop by if you are in a huge rush. I recommend the fritters (especially the apple) and the old fashions. My coworkers love them all.

THE BEST DOUGHNUTS I HAVE EVER HAD!! I AM HIGHLY ADDICTED TO THESE DOUGHNUTS! Sorry 'Krispy Kreme', but these, By Far Surpass, In Quality, Taste, Size, and Value!!They Aren't Too Sweet either, They're Perfect! I do not like Doughnuts/Pastries that are overpowering sweet, to the point you cannot finish one, and you're chugging some type of beverage in between bites to get through it.They're BIG Doughnuts too! The Apple Fritters are The Biggest, Best, Apple Fritters I have ever seen or Tasted, and they're So Yummy! They have Several Different Flavors of Fritters too, from memory, these are the flavors I remember, some I've tried, the Classic Apple, Cherry, Strawberry, Raspberry, Pineapple, and I think Peach. The Best Part, is if you're ordering a Larger Amount of Doughnuts to take home, and they might sit in the box on your counter for a day or two, they'll stay soft like the day they were made/purchased! The first time I bought Doughnuts from 'Doughnut Social', I purchased a dozen, and a couple of days later I was surprised to find that they were still perfectly soft in the original box!I am rather bummed because of the new business hours, but I also understand what the reason probably is.It is Great Having a Doughnut Shop In Town that is Open All Day, I am Elated to have one available, and to boot, one that makes the Best Doughnuts, and a Variety of Drinks too! I tell even my out-of-town peeps to make sure to stop by and try your Doughnuts, instead of Krispy Kreme.♡Thank You For Everything 'Doughnut Social' Owners and Employees, Keep Up The Great Work! You're Greatly Appreciated!! ♡♡Parking: Plenty of parking! Either right in front of the shop or extended out.Kid-friendliness: Seems to be fairly kid-friendly, I wouldn't let the kiddos play freely, but waiting for your order and sitting. There's also outdoor seating available if you have bigger kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped Accessible, whether using a cane, walker, wheelchair, etcetera, the access is great, the only thing missing is a button for automatic doors, but the doors are easy to open and are not heavy.

Best donuts ever. They are slightly crispy, never oily, and the variety is great. The apple fritters are out of this world! You won't be sorry.

My kids and I went in here and the staff were so rude. They were busy and they all were mad, not sure if someone called in and that’s why they were in such a bad mood. When I placed my order they definitely made me feel as if we were bothering them. Pretty disappointing, especially since my kids were so excited and they totally killed our vibe.
