This place is a scam.
Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

Ordered online and got only 1 of the 5 sauces that was supposed to come with the order. With how expensive it is you'd think they could get the cheap part of it right.

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place

This location is inside of the Old Chicago in Brighton. It took a little over 40 minutes to get our 3 orders of bone-in wings, and the Old Chicago did not look busy at all. The wings were extremely large, too large, and some of them were too fatty. All of the wings came plain with the sauces on the side, which was actually nice for a to-go order. However, the sauces were not AT ALL like they are described on the website or DoorDash. The buffalo, BBQ, and honey mustard were all the most basic and mediocre versions of these sauces that I have ever had. Then we paid extra for a twisted ranch and lime cilantro ranch, which were both just plain ranch, probably the exact ranch that Old Chicago uses. Overall, the food and flavor was not even close to worth the time or money. Save yourself the hassle and don't order Twisted Tenders, which is also confusing because they don't offer any chicken tenders at this location, just bone-in wings and boneless wings. I’m almost 100% certain that all the items we received were just menu items and ingredients that Old Chicago already had. Twisted Tenders is doing themselves a huge disservice by putting their name on the terrible food that is being served out of this location.
