Went for dinner April was my server she was amazing and the manager Liz was also very talkative and helpful. The food came out amazing and lots of attention from the server and other staff. Loved my experience thank you girls.

I had breakfast for lunch last week. The new cook was totally awesome. My eggs were perfectly over easy. The food was hot and fresh. Even my toast was cooked so perfectly. Everyone had an amazing attitude and was so helpful. Thank you to the manager Lizzy,the server Lilly, & the cook Tori for an awesome eating experience.

A totally good experience
Great food, great service, and thankfully quiet! Fries were a tad over cooked, but learned there was a new cook in the kitchen. Otherwise, still one of my favorite places to eat. Especially after a sad a occasion. Didn't take any pics of the food, because I was too hungry! Definitely recommend their new smashed burgers. Great upgrade from the burgers they used to serve, and I worked in a Village Inn, in 2005! The food has vastly improved. Great job VI! 🫶🏻🙌🏻

IT LITERALLY BLOWS MY MIND that after reading all of these one-star, negative reviews, that no one (that I’ve read so far- no time to read them all) he’s even MENTIONED how horrible it smells as soon as you hit those sallyport doors. I literally STRUGGLED to walk to the table. Then turned around to QUICKLY walk out. While doing so, I offered to the Host that it smelled really bad and they might want to start with the carpet and ripping out the whole kitchen. HOW CAN PEOPLE SIT THERE AND EAT, WHILE THAT SMELL PERMIATES THE ENTIRE BUILDING! YUCK YUCK YUCK! Place STANKS!!!! And you’re gonna sit there long enough to complain about SERVICE!?!???!!!!! Must be the thin air…
Wife and i go to the inn a couple of times during the month. The atmosphere we like most. It's got that vintage feel . The rest just falls into place.

Ordered delivery, half my order was missing. Called the store and they said I could come get it. I ordered delivery for a reason. No car. They said well what do you want to do. I said I'd like a refund since I don't get to eat now. They informed me I would get a refund when the manager has time to get to it. Really?? That's how you treat your customers? So they replied to my complaint through the app and on here. They say they supposedly refunded me. It's now June 6th and this happened on May 26th. Still no refund, but they sure took my money..Their people didn't put my food in the bag. They knew this when I called. This isn't doordashs fault or mine. The restaurant is at fault. So where is the refund they supposedly processed that day??
