Omg talking about service friendly experience, this is one of my best visit restaurants in Colorado. Clean awesome atmosphere great hospitality. The server was knowledgeable of their menu and very polite, always checking in on his guests, making them feel at home. The came out hot and fresh omg tasted great. I love this place. Thank you for the great experience.

I have always loved the VIB, but when we were there a few days ago, the bacon was burned to a crisp. I took a bite and the bacon broke into a lot of little pieces on my plate. I actually crave your bacon as it's usually SO good. I was disappointed that the cook thought black bacon was ok.
I love its atmosphere and its variety of dishes, and especially the Lemon Pie desserts

Friday evening had a bout 10 people in the restaurant took 50 minutes to get our food. It was horrible! Food was under cooked but burned on the outside. Seen a server in the back smelling pies ( heard her say they smell bad). I asked her when I went to pay if the food is always that bad she said the night cooks really don’t care how the food comes out. All the tables were dirty with old food and dishes and they still were when we left. Just hoping we don’t get sick from the food. The young man that took our order was great he was the best part of that whole restaurant experience.

This was terrible. The poor waiter taking care of the whole restaurant on a Friday night while I’m guessing she was the manager sat in her phone and watched him. He was by no means efficient or fast but was doing his best. We got our food had no silverware sat there for 5 minutes asked her for silverware she was so annoyed I heard her nasty comments about why did we ask you for silverware. We were hungry and our food took forever and now we had another wait while we waited for silverware which should have been on the table. I worked at Village Inn and your standard has gone down hill do yourself a favor save your money go elsewhere. The pie we got must have been weeks old. I’m tired of paying good money for this kind of service and quality of food. The Chicken Parmesan was TERRIBLE!!! Take that off the menu or make it correct.

Took our order and didn't return to the table for almost an hour. When the server finally came back, it was to ask if we were still willing to wait or if we wanted to leave!? The excuse was that a large catering order came in and that took priority over the orders for the customers in the restaurant. This was at 10:30 am on a Saturday! Terrible prioritization and time management by staff.

Food was awful, took forever and food tasted like cooked on unwashed dirty grill. Food was cold and bottom of my sandwich soggy. Would not recommend. $ 50.00 for garbage.
