Customer service was extremely poor! Every associate waiting for me to use the automated ordering service, instead of taking my order. Sandwiches were sloppy and made with no care, fries were soggy and undercooked. Quality is not part of the recipe here.

Drive thru was a good experience. The people were friendly. The atmosphere was not evaluated as we didn't go in. The spicy nuggets were tough like they had been under the lamp for a while and the fries were cold and soggy. We went during lunch hour and we were on line for a while but everyone in line were patient.

I haven't stepped inside this place little over 3 years ago. Back then, it wasn't great, dirty, rude staff, and messed up food. Not hard to make a burger that you're trained to make. I have used the mobile app a few times, and people I know avoided the place as well. Alas, hearing a staff change and a remodel, I stopped by. Food better, service is better, it's clean. Value for the buck is ever so balance, and of course decided by each person paying with their hard earned cash. Frosty is a bit expensive for my senses, can be cheaper. That the only drawback I can say. But it seems it changed and people may want to check it out themselves.

How you gonna be Wendy’s and not have honey mustard? They have 4 total sauces and they are out of the only one that I like. I wouldn’t have ordered nuggets if I’d had known you’re out of honey mustard. Ridiculous

Yup again with changing things. Im sorry but wendys use to be a good fast food joint and now days its just has bad as McDonald's sad and frustrating. Whole lettuce instead of shredded is so much better having an option for the type of pickle would be nice but over all it has gone down hill.

If i could give it 0 I would. The whole staff are rude here and I found a hair in my burger as soon as I unwrapped it. Safe yourself some time and money and avoid this excuse of a Wendy's smh.
Well I ordered 2 Wednesday meals with spicy nuggets and only recieved regular nuggets no sauces and no spoons for our frosties... I ask for sauces when I come back and the special spoons but I just get regular spoons only. And I was the only customer there!!! Ridiculous... I paid for the special meal and got a nugget meal without the special stuff ugh
