Sabrina and Zoe are absolutely amazing! They are so friendly and my order is done right everytime they are there. I have been going to this location for about 2 years since it's been built. These ladies deserve recognition for how hard they work and they go above and beyond their job duties. They know my order and I go just about everyday.

Drinks and the workers are amazing but I feel bad for this one worker because I’ve seen her a lot and usually she is happy and super helpful and outgoing but it seems like this place is running her down and she is sick and I’m surprised she is being worked so hard because she looked really sick when I went there on Sunday do you guys even give these poor workers a break or a day off and let these people rest? Management y’all need to actually care for the people who work for you and not just a paycheck you guys need to worry about the costumers health and the peoples health you work with!

Ziggi’s is so great! We recently moved back to Colorado and Ziggi’s is conveniently next to our storage unit. The staff are amazing! Very kind and great at their jobs. My wife is a barista (at a big chain) and kind of a coffee snob and today when taking a sip of Ziggi’s coffee she said “this is literally perfect”. They also have dirty sodas and delicious chocolate covered espresso beans. Highly recommend.

I'll be the first to brag on how much I love Ziggi's. However, the customer service we received today really left a bad customer service impression. Today is National Root Beer Float day with a promo for $1.49. Apparently, the cash register wasn't ringing up correctly and we would be charged $3. I informed the person taking our order that we were ordering 2 so would it work to just charge us for one and still get 2. Her answer was no. We were actually going to order four which would have been $5.96 plus tax. Because the special was not available we ended up ordering four alternatives totalling $25. We feel cheated. When we got back to work I thought to see if I could order the floats at the promo and it was indeed there! Why couldn't she just say try ordering them in the app!! 🤯

I got the Colorado Mocha Blender and it was so good! I loved it. The customer service was awesome and super quick. They've got a great variety of flavors, and they even have options for those who are lactose intolerant. I’m definitely planning to come back soon to try something new.
