Loved this location. Im from Idaho and we don't have Ziggi's Coffee. The young man who was at the cashier on 12/19/2025 is super sweet, chill, and always smiling. I did not get his name but he is awesome. We had a conversation and we both discovered we are from the same month and day. Even my sister who's a regular said his polite and sweet. I will be coming back in a couple of months and Ziggi's will be my fav.

I absolutely hate to be doing this, I never leave reviews but I just couldn’t let this one slide unfortunately. My wife and I visit this location a few times a week. Sometimes daily if I’m being honest, they are close by, often times friendly and have come to know us by name. Lately however (and I won’t name names) some of the employees there are beyond uninterested in their job, and continually rude and short, there is one employee in particular who makes every interaction seem like you’re bothering her, it’s just off putting. The reason I’m writing this however is while I was ordering in the drive thru my kids in the back seat were making a bit of noise and I’m sure it could be heard by that same uninterested employee. Once I arrived at the window I could audibly hear all the employees mocking my children and me as a parent for allowing my kids to raise their voice. My children don’t deserve to be made fun of for being excited and being kids, children make noise, and the gross things they were saying about how they would control the volume in their home was off putting. I come here so often, it was so hurtful to hear them mocking me for not keeping my children silent at all times it seems like. Completely unacceptable, disgusting way to treat a regular customer, and a disgusting way to mock the way my children show their excitement.

This is a brand new location and I absolutely love the team that is at this location. They’re so sweet. It is such a beautiful location. The atmosphere is warming the moment you drive up they know you by your name. I stopped going to other competitors because the service here is so incredible. I would like to give a shout out to three individual people And Shannon and Jackson are also very kind and so sweet the best team ever this is my forever to go to spot as long as these people are working there 10 out of 10 I highly recommend they get a raise because I no longer give my money to a company that treats you Like you don’t matter Ziggys is truly a one-of-a-kind experience round of applause to and Shannon and Jackson

I’ve visited this store a couple times and one of them I had an issue of my drink being incorrectly made but they made sure I was helped and offered me a new drink which is the prettiest drink ever! I definitely recommend this place, fair priced, friendly and they are pretty quick! Love this!
