An obnoxious, rude, bad attitude employee at the drive-through window intentionally delivered a messed up order to me.
Not looking for any free meal or apology.
I simply will not likely ever return to this Arby’s.
Management ought to have an unrecognized person use their facility and report this kind of behavior. If management does not care, why should a customer?
Went to the newer location in Broomfield CO last Friday (8950 Metro Airport Ave) and spent nearly $50 ($49.86 to be exact). We got home only to realize we were missing a medium fry and our entire kids meal. THEN, my mother was eatting her double and found a rediculous long dark hair IN her food. This is totally unacceptable.
