Over priced, cold and subpar food. For the food that they serve here is not worth the outrageous price tag that they have. We dined in the lounge because the main dinning room was full. It was fine. The room was very cold and the waiters weren’t attentive at all. We were there for over 2 hours. For the price that we paid, it was not worth the quality that we got. The food is great and so is the service. The chefs are awesome.
Ask for Swade!! He was absolutely, hands down, the best chef we have had at any Benihana! He was so patient and kind and interactive with out very talkative 5 year old birthday boy and he made the experience magical!! And the food. *chef’s kiss* By faaaaar the best food we have experienced at any Benihana before! Great experience, all around.
