Worse service. Paid online on the app for the drive thru and told to come inside after waiting in line. Food was cold, not great service at all. Deleting the app. I'm not coming back again. Do better bk!

Love burger King. Hate when there brand is tarnished with bad employees. Rude service, told whopers were unavailable 5 mins before lunch started at 1030. There actually available all day nationwide. Management and expections of the brand needed.

I used to love BK growing up in the 80s, when it was actually flame grilled. There's 2 locations closer to me where the food sucks pretty bad, so we stopped going for years! I was in the area at a Dr's appointment and my mom & I decided to try it. We ordered online, the Whopper Jrs and they came out very well! Surprised the heck out of us. We tried the chicken fries for the first time and they were good, too. The best part was the value fries. They were fresh and perfectly cooked and plenty! If we want BK in the future, we will go to this location on Main & 120th Ave. I thank the employees there for good food :)

Wow, found myself releasing the brown kraken, you know conducting a porcelain symphony, or maybe a more military style approach of dropping a brown and green depth charge and I was very pleasantly surprised that during my blasting off to Uranus that the bathrooms are fantastic. The big value meal add was the staff in the morning are super efficient and very friendly (muchas gracias primavado). So if you find yourself needing to turn yesterday’s meals into modern art or run a quick software update, this is the place.

I had purchased a number 1 meal, and when I got home to eat my dinner I noticed that the bread was molded I Don't live very close so I couldn't go back. So who else knows what else wasn't good on my hamburger, so that was just a waste of my money and I had to go somewhere else to purchase my dinner which I was very unhappy about.

We pulled up to the first window where people typically take our money, but no one was there. So after a minute I moved to the second window. The employee opened the window and didn't say or do anything, just stared at us. Eventually, they said, Can I help you? Yes, I told him. Can I have my food? Oh, he said, as if we were there for any other reason.
Every time we go to this Burger King, we ask for 2 original chicken sandwiches with no lettuce and extra mayo. Since those are the only two things on the sandwich, we would expect it to be correct, but it never is. Even at noon, the sandwiches are old and bone-dry at this location. Maybe the workers don't understand that extra means more, not less?

Truly the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Been coming here for over 10 years, and this was the last straw.

Santiago was the most condescending ā€œmanagerā€ I have ever encountered. Didn’t even try to solve the problem, just told me to ā€œdeal with itā€ and call corporate. Without providing a corporate number. I’m done….

It has slowly gone downhill, but never again. I’ll be sure to tell the community too. āœŒļø

What the heck is going on with this place? Went to the drive thru, after sitting for several minutes with no one answering I drove up to the window. The guy said they aren’t taking drive thru orders but I can come inside. I went inside and was told they were only selling burgers, no drinks or anything else. This place needs to get it together. Constant issues almost every time I come to this location.

We went thru the drive thru on Friday evening and got 2 happy meals and 3 large drinks. The orders were made correct (no pickle), the fries were hot and fresh and the nice lady at the drive thru was super friendly. No complaints.
