This is how every BK should be.
Always clean, fast and what you expect. Even when getting it delivered through the app or another third party, it is always quick and hot. Whenever I want fast food, I choose this location because of the consistency.
Bonus points for actually filling up the fries and onion rings like it should be!

go here a lot but today I asked for my burger with bacon and cheese ONLY and they still gave me ketchup mustard and pickles so I went to the counter asked for it to be remade only thing taken off was the bacon.

What a crap show.... The entire order was wrong plus it took them 3 times to get a plain burger with bacon right... Only thing that went right was the soda I poured myself.

The person on the microphone is rough around the edges the way he spoke to me (customer service) and I can understand why, over worked/under paid but getting by that, the 5 dollar have it my way was good and a good value.

3.99 each for this? What a ripoff! Waited almost 10 min for my food and they give me half portions! I got the pickle frys from another location eariler this week and they gave me double what this location gave me. The chicken frys were wrong! Overall a horrible expierence, i wont be returning
I had a good experience today with this restaurant. The order taker at the drive thru was nice and the cashier at the window was also friendly and offered sauces. I also asked him about the halloween kidsbeat free event and he was knowledgeable . They are offering all kids in costumes free meals the evening of the 31st. Which is very nice for large families or single parent households. Thanks for that my food was great. It was hot and everything was fresh. Only downside to this location is the parking lot. Only one way out and you have to wait for the light to go right from the lot. Other than that my trip was great. Thanks guys for you hard work.

As I was walking out of the restaurant, the bag my food was in broke through the bottom and spilled on the ground. After telling the staff - they scolded me to hold the bag with two hands. And subsequently required me to re-order and re-pay for the items on the ground. Absolute trash service. I'll be contacting corporate.

Cleared my order off the board, after they didn't fulfill it. The manager barely speaks English, and whatever gender they consider themselves, has the worst attitude and refused to admit his employee messed up. There is NO valid working phone number for BK customer service, and have to deal with a chatbot, so screwed up. I won't be stepping foot in another BK.
