We were in for lunch, my first time in. Interesting concept, they come around with food carts to your table and you choose what you would like. They also do have a menu with more options. All our food choices were delicious but not many gluten-free options.

Hong Guan Chinese Restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff and high-quality cuisine. Their menu features a wide selection, including popular dim sum items like chicken feet, BBQ pork buns, and shrimp dumplings, along with clay pot dishes and other authentic Chinese specialties. The dim sum has seen a notable improvement in quality, with food that has a character and finesse comparable to restaurants in San Francisco and even surpassing some in LA. Customers enjoy the freshly prepared food, especially Cantonese veggies, noodles, shrimp balls, and pineapple buns, which meet high standards. The restaurant is praised for its attentive service, prompt water refills, and the delicious chili crunch oil. While the menu offers many favorites, some guests express interest in more American Chinese dishes like Eggs Foo Yung, seasonal hot pots, and seafood from the tank. Overall, Hong Guan remains a local favorite for those seeking a genuine Chinese dining experience.
