“Since I work at the mall, I always enjoy having a frozen treat, so far I have had a great experience ordering with Alicia, Michela and Bandit. The girls always get my order right and how I like it. They are the best!I have been a dairy queen customer for as long as I remember, since I was a kid, I always loved their chocolate ice cream cone double-dipped in chocolate! It just sucks how the machines that make the chocolate ice cream is always broken and pour out too soft, borderline melting ??‍♀️.It is not only crucial for DQ to do their part in providing the right service to all those involved but the fact that I think it's the responsibility of the company to provide the employees with new, working and functional machines to make both the work of employees easier and customers happier with their choice of order rather than to be let down with malfunctioning machines that don't work properly?.As a result I hope they look into making improvements at this branch ?!“
