“I order online and go through the drive thru. I know it sounds weird but I appreciate how they ask me my last name for my order. I actually had a mix up somewhere else where they gave me someone else's order because our first name was the same. It ended up being me saying it was the wrong order and them refusing to take it back. I only ordered 2 drinks and ended up with a family worth of food and had to argue to get my drinks.
Anyway, DQ is always consistently good ice-cream and treats. Highly recommend for quality and service.“
