When walking in to the restaurant I am always greeted by the friendliest staff that have the kindest smiles. They remembered my husband and I as returning customers after only a couple visits and now treat us like regulars by giving us the best customer service I have ever received. They remember our orders and always give us free samples to try new things and have new experiences. They are extremely fast and considerate about the time limit, always making sure we have meat and anything else at any time- truly the best staff I’ve seen!
After falling in love with hot pot and trying multiple locations around Denver, I can confidently say this is the best experience you will find and I hold every hot pot to the standards set by this establishment. My husband and I have our weekly date night here every week and drive 40 minutes just to go to this location.
This hot pot is similar to others in that it has a 1.5 hour time limit and costs $30 per adult, not including tax and tip, which is the same price I see at other restaurants. All of the vegetables, noodles, and fish are served buffet style in a very large refrigerator that you can self-serve at any time, which is a huge preference for me! They have a huge selection of sauces and toppings that rival every other hot pot I have visited. They also have a selection of cold appetizers with the sauce station. You will never leave hungry with all the options they provide and you will never be sitting around waiting for more food.
I highly recommend the delicious cucumber salad to start while you wait for your broth to boil and the light fried buns or ice cream to finish! The spicy broth is my favorite because it has tons of flavor but isn’t too spicy. To make it spicier, my husband will add more chili oil from the sauce counter. The meats are by far my favorite part of the experience! Everything from the vegetables, noodles, and meats are always fresh and tastes incredible.
This restaurant quickly became my favorite weekly activity. It’s a unique dining experience that allows you to have fun and try endless unique combinations. The staff always make us feel so cared for that we look forward to seeing them every week. Zero complaints!

We had a private room for my son’s 16th birthday with 15 people. The staff was so amazing! They were friendly and helpful as it was our first time visiting and most of our first experience with hotpot. This was such a fun experience picking out your broth and meats, then a HUGE array of choices for veggies, sauces, etc. They even had ice cream included! The best part though, was they brought a karaoke machine for us to use and we had a blast!

Employs typical AYCE sneaky tactics like giving you less food than you asked for. Ask for 10 clams? They’ll give you 6. Remind them? They’ll get you 2 more. All without any apologies. The food was decent but such tactics made me really uncomfortable. Oh, and, it was dinner time on a weekend, and I was the only customer the whole time I was there.

My boyfriend and I love hotpot and have gone to a couple, but wanted to check out more places. However, this service was not very welcoming. The young lady was very annoyed that we even walked into the facility and was rushing us. The “spicy” broth wasn’t spicy at all, and the meats we ordered were barely edible. The brisket tasted cheap and very old; it was FROZEN, while the pork belly looked like it had been out for hours. The instant noodles absorbed little to no flavor, which made it hard to enjoy. The sugary bread was very oily, and the oil was more pronounced than the sugar. We mostly ate the vegetables, but they still weren’t that enjoyable. Before we went, we calculated we would spend $54-56, not a problem. But when we went to pay, somehow it was $58. I only brought in the amount we calculated, so we waited for my sister-in-law to be able to pay about $4 of what was left. The staff spoke about me and my boyfriend, rolling their eyes and side-eyeing us as we waited, constantly looking over as if we would just walk out, which we should’ve. They obviously wanted us to leave but knew we couldn’t since we owed $4. Once my sister-in-law arrived, the staff looked at her and began to talk again, then immediately started going on about the tip. What tip? They were very rude when my sister-in-law explained that the bill wasn’t hers, so she put $0. The only good part about the experience is that they gave us free Jasmine Honey tea as we waited, but they were rude, the vibes were off, and the food was terrible. I would extremely recommend going to one in Thornton or one in Greeley; they are much more worth it, and they don’t surprise us with any extra charges. Drive the few extra miles and enjoy yourself!

I come here often for the past two+ years because the food there is diverse, customizable and tasty. They import seafoods from other states as well to make sure you have the full hotpot experience. I know all the service people there, and they are very nice and will check in on you to make sure you have everything you need. The place is clean, well maintained and decorated.
