Love this place! Broth is always delicious and very consistent. Not too salty, well seasoned and rich, I usually get the pork bone broth and you can choose if you want to have a pork bone in the pot too. They have a great buffet, ingredients always look super fresh. The meat is super thin sliced and great quality- I dream about the pork belly. The udon noodles they have are great. They also offer some house made sauces, as well as seasoned cucumber salad and edamame at the sauce bar. Service is always great- they are very helpful and attentive. They even have free ice cream if you have room!

We have been looking for an authentic Chinese hot pot for years in northern Denver area. The Kirin hot pot absolutely best I have been found. The food is very fresh, and the broth are so delicious. We have tried the Pork Bone, Truffle, and Spicy broth. They are amazing.The owner and the waitress are so friendly. The environment is great. It is a perfect place for family, frends, and co-worker get together. Strongly recommended!!!

Both of our servers were snarky. We had a party of 9 and the server acted completely annoyed and rude while serving us . To the point several person of my group felt threatened. On top of that they added 20% automatic tip on our bill for terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone and go back there .
