Love this place! Broth is always delicious and very consistent. Not too salty, well seasoned and rich, I usually get the pork bone broth and you can choose if you want to have a pork bone in the pot too. They have a great buffet, ingredients always look super fresh. The meat is super thin sliced and great quality- I dream about the pork belly. The udon noodles they have are great. I had the pleasure of dining at Kirin Hot Pot, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The restaurant's cleanliness and ambiance created a welcoming atmosphere. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully prepared, elevating the hot pot experience. Moreover, the service provided by the staff was top-notch, adding to the overall satisfaction. We have been looking for an authentic Chinese hot pot for years in northern Denver area. The Kirin hot pot absolutely best I have been found. The food is very fresh, and the broth are so delicious. We have tried the Pork Bone, Truffle, and Spicy broth. They are amazing.The owner and the waitress are so friendly. The environment is great. It is a perfect place for family, frends, and co-worker get together. Strongly recommended!!!
