The first couple times we visited this store the food and service were pretty good and we thought we had a go-to when we want McDonalds. Unfortunately, our last few experiences have been very poor. We've had multiple issues from under filled drinks with no ice to drinks placed in a broken carrier causing a Coke to fall out as the drive through employee passed us the drinks, spilling all over the door and inside of our car. And then our lunch order problem today....we ordered our cheeseburgers with no onion and no pickle and for some reason they added mayonnaise. We don't understand why they would do this, the order was so simple and clear. Mayonnaise isn't a topping for the regular cheeseburger and they put so much on the bun it was overwhelming. We had to throw them out. We won't be back.

Got my order wrong. I asked for a sausage egg mcmuffin and instead got ham… i also asked for a strawberry smoothie and they gave me a strawberry shake(which was nasty) the women was also rude and not welcoming.

This location struggles with the concept of FiFo (first in first out). Got the the drive thru was the first car in line, sitting there waiting for someone to acknowledge me and nothing happens, another car pulls in next to me than gets served, than a second car the same, than and third vehicle. I finally pull
Forward and the guy says oh no one took your order? I’m like no I’m talking and no one ever responded. Terrible service at this location.

This location has repeatedly messed up my order on multiple locations. Be careful with this location if you ask for any changes to be made to your hamburger. I order through the app and this location does not seem to be able to figure it how to make my hamburger correct. Double check everything when you go to this location.

I ordered food. They gave me the wrong order they said oh no it’s correct. I still said no and they slammed the window on me.I thought maybe I was possibly wrong because it kind of looked right. I got home and wow it guess what it was wrong. I called and some little women said she was the manager and then oh wait I’ll get the actual manager who said he was going to put me on hold to check my order out. Oh damn guess what he hung up on me and now nobody answers!!! Didn’t get my sandwiches but got a butt load of fries with a ton of the wrong sides and the little bit of chicken nuggets! Do come here ever!!! They are the worst and will treat you like garbage

I'm pretty much at McDonald's. Every single Friday with my grand children. So far they've gotten my order right every single time. And they'best staff is friendly.

Just went to this location, and they shorted me a cheese burger and a BBQ sauce. I paid for them and didn't get them. This really irritates me. This used to be the best location in Denver Metro area, now its just as shabby as the rest. If you are complaining about a "living wage" but can't even put the food in the bag, do you really deserve a living wage? Heart surgeons and mechanics get a living wage because they are paid to do the job correctly. You can't even have the mindfullness to put food in a bag.

The breakfast food was really good even though breakfast service was ending in about 20ish minutes. Felt a little embarrassed because I was sitting at the pay window but the cashier never told me to pull up. Thought there was an issue with the order. Don't be afraid to tell people to pull up. I had no idea and my anxiety was acting up ?. But she was really nice and the food was great ?
