This is my absolute favorite Pho restaurant! Their broth is Amazing, & they put plenty of meat in their Pho. Their service is always great too. My favorite is the #2 Pho. Also the Bun Ho Hue, & Banh Xeo are amazing!

After having a not-so-great experience with the Pho in Boulder, my friends and I were a little worried about giving the Vietnamese food scene in Colorado another chance. Thankfully, Pho Duy has saved the day!
This restaurant is located next to the Great Wall Supermarket so there's plenty of space for parking as well as an opportunity to do some grocery shopping :)
My friends and I ordered the following: - Cafe Su Da After a long night of going out, this was a great way to wake us up haha. It was definitely on the sweeter side but the dark-roast coffee flavor was still there!
- Goi Cuon Tom Thit The spring rolls were fresh and the peanut dipping sauce was nice and salty.
- Pho Tai, Nam, Sach The soup/broth was hot, savory, and flavorful- definitely helped revive my friends and I. The noodles and meat were good. The only thing I wish they did differently is the amount of tripe they provided- there was maybe a couple small strands but that was it. Aside from that, I really appreciate how they provided the Nuoc Beo which enhanced the savory flavor of the broth!
Overall, I'm glad we got to try some good Vietnamese food in Colorado! Not to mention, our server was welcoming, kind, and had great energy! Thank you, chú!

Pho Duy is one of the few places that I can get pho that needs no hoisin or öt; the broth is absolutely delicious. Pho Duy is 25 miles from my house, but oh, so worth it. Service was fine; they took my order, brought it about ten minutes later, refilled my water twice. No convo, but they brought me food, so that was nice. No kids menu, so my 4 y/o had $11 pho; oh well. Without question, I will be back, though; this is consistently good food at typical prices.

The price is good for the amount of food. Service is speedy. Staff is polite. Only thing I would note for improvement is that they are due for new carpet and some remodeling.

Service was quick. Staffs are friendly. I ordered the Kobe Pho, expecting it to be good based on the high ratings, but it was a major letdown. The so-called “Kobe” beef tasted no different from regular beef, which was disappointing. Even worse, the broth was extremely sweet, almost like they dumped a whole bag of sugar into it. It completely overpowered the dish.

The food is okay. The veggie spring rolls were just okay. The assorted grills on vermicelli ware really good. And the pho tai chin quite good.
We like the idea to have menus under the glass on each table. It’s easy to read. And they stay clean!
