Pho Duy will always have a special place in my heart. I started coming here every Monday and Wednesday while pursuing my Associate of Science degree at Front Range. For two straight years, it was my comfort food, something that made me feel at home during a busy and stressful time in my life. Yesterday was my birthday, and I returned after a while. The place has changed a little with new employees, but the service was just as amazing as I remembered. It felt like a full-circle...
I love this spot for the quality of food! The flavor and quantity is also great for the price. I usually get the pho dac biet and it’s better than most of the pho in the Bay Area in California. The service is great, everyone is super friendly! It’s also pretty clean and I love that I’ve been coming here for decades and it still has the same vibe.
In terms of taste, I have yet to find better than pho duy.
Additionally, the service is always fast and straight forward, which I appreciate as a solo diner.
I do wish they were a little more consistent with their meat (beef, specifically) quantities. I generally order a medium, and sometimes I get an abundance of meat, and sometimes I feel like I got shorted pretty significantly.
