I have had nothing but issues with this location. I would go elsewhere but this my closest location. Repeatedly items are missing and my orders that are “boxes” are often not boxed which is likely why I end up missing items.

Today my boxes were just items in a bag and I was missed items. Somehow the next order up was getting theirs in boxes so why couldn’t I get that?

I’ve left feedback in the Taco Bell app and to their credit they give me coupons and rewards but those rewards are often less than the missing items.

I asked for someone to reach out about my repeated issues here but zero effort has been made.

The staff are friendly but something happens during these later dinner times and any hope I have of getting out of there without having to check my bag and order… that hope does not exist

Update - this location’s problems continue today - 10/26. Again my items were not in a box, I was shorted two items, I asked to speak to a manager who while helpful couldn’t really address the issue of why this location has so many questions.

Taco Bell’s customer service never gets back to you much pass to give you a quick 5 buck credit which often doesn’t cover the cost of the items you missed out on it.

It’s simple - box your box orders - that’ll make sure those are there and then it’s real easy to see if you are missing something.

There is a lack of care here that needs to be addressed. The food is not the problem and the people are always kind when a mistake is made and own it - it is something lacking in the process.

these people are incredibly rude. and make it absolutely horrible to even be near this location. id genuinely rather pick scraps off of the ground than ever go here again. they need to realize this is their job and they are paid to be nice, and provide food for people, rather than be extremely unpleasant and substandard. im extremely unsatisfied with these people and will NOT!! be returning unless these issues are addressed and fixed. this is sad and pathetic.

I did an online order and food was good except my steak quesadilla was really spicy and I don’t know why maybe to much sauce but I got a chalupa supreme and the taco it’s self doesn’t even look right, kinda disappointed bc I love Taco Bell

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to. Always do the online customizations I ask for and super friendly. Had a 10/10 Taco Bell experience about 20 mins ago and had to talk about it. Promote the whole crew

At least this taco bell can get an order correct. Idk how many taco bells i go to that can't get an order for 3 soft tacos with no lettuce, correct. Must be hella hard to slap food together. Actually it isn't. I've worked for taco bell, mcdonalds, wendys, papa johns, dominos. It really isn't that difficult to follow directions, unless you can't read or speak the language. In which case, neither should be working there. Anyways, this taco bell had everything right. Staff in uniform; can understand my order, can understand what NO LETTUCE means, and didn't give me crunchy tacos when I ordered soft. Staff was also easy on the eyes, and very friendly. Treated me like a person, not just another order.

The guy running the drive thru tonight really impressed me, give that guy a raise! I've been in the service industry for years so theres nothing I hate more than getting attitude because it's late at night and they feel the need to let me know how much they dont want me there by being rude! This guy was the total opposite , super friendly, great attitude, and going above and beyond with his service . It definitely caught me by surprise cause I'm so accustomed to dealing with rude employees after midnight ,Thanks man!
