Them employee at the window just sat on his phone with a line of cars down the drive thru. Then finally grabbed my food and I had to ask for my drink he then took a little longer and finally started filling it from the fountain.
But another employee about a week ago was fast friendly amd efficient.

The customer service & food was really really good . Came for break & left extremely happy with the energy the staff was giving . My cashier was Laniece . She is awesome .

Not open when they say they're open
I’m vegetarian so I always swap beef for beans. My husband asked the cashier if everything had beans in it. The cashier told my husband to expect meat because orders come out wrong all the time. In addition to that my Doritos supreme taco didn’t have sour cream. My potato’s didn’t have sour cream. And the Doritos cheek cheesey gorditia crunches (that I paid extra for to have the Doritos shell) didn’t have the Doritos shell. Things happen and orders come out wrong but for that many issues in one order and to straight up tell a customer to expect it to come out wrong is insane.

Worst taco bell in colorado 😒 cold nacho fries old meat in my taco and quesadilla nasty!!! Yes they suck!
Everyone really nice at this one. Love the quesarito , got 2 last night but one had zero meat in it ? :( just rice, cheese, and the tomato/fiesta strips i added . Long as it doesn’t happen again or too often ima move this to 4 stars in a month.

This Taco Bell gets my order wrong each and every time! Whether its drive thru or delivery! And nobody answers the phone whether its 1pm or 8 pm..... EVER!

No fryer stuff “not working”
Always gets my order wrong.
All the workers are always so miserable and the order never comes out correctly. Big guy gave me a hard time for not being able to read the menu. Terrible service and all the reviews reflect it. Owners need to do better.

Honestly I’ve gone to this taco bell my entire life living in Broomfield and I’ve never been treated so disrespectful when I was just asking a simple question, for back story I ordered online and when I arrived I was informed that a few items on the menu couldn’t be made but that she would replace them with items of equal value and I said cool! I ordered 2 breakfast crunch wraps and 2 cheap burritos that were 1.99 each the crunch wraps were unavailable she said she could do the burritos and I assumed she would give 4 and then the ones we ordered since it was almost 10$ for the two crunch wraps, she only gave us two 1.99$ burritos and then the two we ordered which would be about 8$ we paid 13$ for the whole order and 5$ might not seem like a big deal but with a struggling family every 5$ counts. I tried to ask why I wasn’t getting something of equal value like I was told and she told me there was nothing she could do about that and I said what so your telling me I can’t get my money back or anything for my money so I was robbed? And she refused to give me her name or help me at all I even tried to defuse the situation being in customer service myself and she continued to be elevated and slammed the door in my face. We get home and the burritos and basically inedible as well. I’d say, if you plan on getting food that you skip this one, this one experience lost a customer who has lived in this town her whole life and gone there since she was a kid. Do better, be kinder.

Two stars because of the fact that drive-thru menu is in need of repair every time I come to the store between 1:30 and 3:00 the menu is never lit up if it wasn't for the fact that I have a go to on the menu I would have been extremely upset and especially if I had to resort to going to Google to look at the menu as for the service five stars because the gentleman at the drive-thru on January 6th 2026 app 1:35 a.m. was courteous polite and very understanding when I had to explain to him what I wanted because I couldn't remember the number somebody needs to get up and come out here and reprogram the menu so it's illuminated throughout the business hours

Why do you never fry the flatbread for the chalupas?! It’s the third time I’ve had to eat a lame flatbread taco instead of a chalupa. Please do better.
