This Taco Bell is normally great. Had gotten a large order (which should be fresh) tacos were soggy, cold, and falling apart. Nacho fries cold stale and no cheese sauce. Food was cold in general are we just prepping to send the food off when someone shows up over here now?

What a horrific experience! I ordered online and went through the drive through. I ordered myself a Diet Pepsi and my friend a regular Pepsi because I am diabetic. One of the drinks was labeled “cola” while the other had no label at all. I started drinking the one with no label as “diet” was a choice to select on the lid and to me “cola” meant regular. As soon as I took a sip of my diet soda, and immediately realized that it was mislabeled. I had the regular. If I had continued to drink it, I would have gotten very sick.
The food was carelessly thrown in the bag and the lid for my cantina chicken bowl wasn’t even on and my food was spilled out all over the place.
I called 3 times to speak to a manager to see if they could somehow make this right. Not only did no one answer the phone, there wasn’t even an answering machine to leave a message. I am so livid!

Came to this location. At 1am on a Tuesday and they were closed. This place website is false advertising about staying open till 2 on a weekday. Please update your website

I am not a germophobe at all but the touch screen of the order kiosk here (and at every Taco Bell I can remember) is really gross. Looked at in the right angle, you see dozens of smears that are guaranteed to give your fingers microbes and bacteria. Or they could have an employee expend 15 seconds of work per hour to clean the screen. But that's not important to Taco Bell.

Just bought food tonight on Jan 17th. Terrible food, paid $27.08, for bad food. Not only was it terrible the amount of meat they put in the tacos and chalupas is laughable. The food made me sick to my stomach, I ended up vomiting because the food made me nauseous, i did not even bother finishing it. I got a #6 combo and #8 combo and cinnamon twist for my little nephew. According to my little nephew the cinnamon twist where horrible and claimed to taste rancid. The surgar on the cinnamon had an odd burning sensation on the tongue. Having a weird smell and bad taste. The Pepsi tasted very watered down and not good either.

This taco bell is different! Customer service is really awesome and I can tell every time they put care into the food compared to other i'll be driving extra distance to go to this taco bell!
I came to this location at 12 am, on December 17, and the food was AMAZING! The cooks definitely did a stellar job and the lady at the window helped me with my order and was very nice! This Taco Bell location never disappointed me.
The service doesn't even get a star. Super rude, hateful women. They could't comprehend or complete two simple tasks. Beans, cheese. Apparently it was to hard to comprehend. But I was told 1 request was Impossible, other one, who knows why the word bean was hard. Jazmin was at the window taking the order, heavy set woman was the manager who stood her ground on the cheese. Cheese. Said she'd get fired or something if things were not placed in corporate order.

I wanna shout out my girl Maya, after a truly awful day with family in the hospital we hadn't eaten all day and stopped to get some T Bizzle. There was the smallest mix up with our order and not only was she super kind about the whole thing her vibes brought a much needed smile to my face. Taco Bell people, I know you read this, give Maya a pat on the back and 2 rounds of applause!
