It's actually kind of ridiculous that every time I've ordered from here, they've got my order wrong in some way. At least they're consistent. So last summer, I decided to completely stop going here after so much frustration and them messing up orders. Almost a year later, I decided to give them another chance and of course they messed up my order. Maybe it's bad luck, maybe it's just how they are here. But either way, I give up on taco bell

I ordered Black Beans and Rice, did not get them.I ordered a Build Your Own Craving Box with a Crunchy Taco - saw this was ordered incorrectly and spoke to the manager to remove the Burrito and add the Crunchy Taco instead, she spoke to the staff to make the change - never happenedI have been to many Taco Bell’s and never had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my order - ordering in a sit down restaurant would have been quicker.Dietary restrictions: N/AParking: N/A

I would highly recommend going to a different location. The manager at this one is discriminatory against people with special needs.

Do NOT take your family/friends to this location, especially if they have special needs. I am proud to work with teens who have special needs and just want to be a part of the community/learn social skills. The way that lady who claimed this was “her store” treated our staff and students was horrifying. We left to eat somewhere else after feeling unwanted and disrespected. Luckily our students acted with a great deal more integrity than that woman. I’m appalled.

The school I work at frequently goes on community outings to work on social skills and life skills and we unfortunately tried out this Taco Bell. A staff from taco bell interjected in a situation that was under control and not affecting the store in anyway. She began yelling at a student and staff. She threatened to call the police multiple times and refused to be understanding or accommodating for our students. This upset our students immensely and we had to go to a different location to get food. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. This situation was highly unprofessional and inappropriate.

We’ve been to a few Taco Bells, and some.. due to their not filling a burrito or taco with barely half the ingredients, we won’t go back to. But this one, from the time we entered the door to the time we left -everything was exceptional. Greeted immediately with a positive attitude and a smile; the order was perfect, and then thanking us as we left. Wow. We will be sure to come back. Jessy H- thank you!

So much for honoring closing hours. They close the drive through 30 mins before closing.

I want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this location messed up my order last night not once, but twice. I’d ordered the power bowl fresco style (no dairy) and the first time was given it with all the dairy on the item. I went around the drive thru and told them there was a mistake and was given another bowl. Once I pulled thru, I realized it still had ranch. At this point I went inside and the person helping me told me it’s just ranch, to which I replied that ranch has dairy. I understand if the average person doesn’t know what does and doesn’t have dairy, but I feel it’s crucial in training workers are taught about the allergens in menu items. I finally got the bowl made correctly. I also grabbed a fork and salsa while inside as those were both missing from my first two orders. I’m giving 2 stars because I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the person helping me did seem sorry and frustrated with the staff who made it incorrectly. Please Taco Bell, train your staff to be more careful with allergens such as dairy within the menu items! I love Taco Bell for their veggie options, but will not be returning to this location.

The man working the drive through tonight, 12/1/23 around 6pm, was phenomenal. He cracked jokes, ensured our order was accurate and even labeled the 2 crunch wraps with which one was no sour cream (which has never been done for us.) His attitude alone will keep us coming back to this location.
