This is the 3rd time we have used Modern Catering, and they never cease to amaze us! Not only is the presentation great but the food always tastes so fresh and so amazing. I have had full lunches to appetizers for over 100 ppl and it goes seamless every single time. This last event was one we do annually for DDRC-Developmental Disabilities Resource Center here in Lakewood and everyone came to me to tell me how wonderful the food was. I will continue to use them for anything I possible can!

Karen, the owner, worked with our budget and our theme to create a delectable menu. She was organized, timely, and definitely highly communicative (thank goodness you kept me in line, Karen -- so many moving parts).The the day of... early to the venue, set up in time, even unexpected decorations! Nikki and Greg, the catering team were so gracious and friendly and highly attentive to our group. Everyone loved them.Finally, the FOOD!!! Absolutely delicious! Fantastic all the way around! Most important, the food was absolutely delicious! Our guests raved about the Rosemary chicken and not piece of Colorado string beans were left over. They were extremely helpful in planning all aspects of our daughter's Graduation dinner. It was not any easy feat when coming from out state, staying at an Airbnb, and needing an uncertain and difficult time of day for delivery. I can't thank them enough for everything!

From our first conversation to our last, Karen was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success! The food was absolutely delicious and her staff were qualified and super friendly. The event went off without a hitch. We had about 200 guests with passed hors d'oeuvres and and a buffet style dinner! Modern Edge staff even went so far as to help the venue staff with a room flip for the evening entertainment. What an exceptional company to work with!
