We went there last night and while the sushi was actually pretty good, the entree tasted and looked like the box of frozen sesame chicken I could have bought at Walmart for a few bucks. Prices and food quality didnāt match. Drinks were good and mixed one was pretty strong. Iād stick to sushi and drinks if going here.

I love only having to go to Brush for quality sushi you expect to only get in places like Denver. Consistently serving 5 star sushi in a small town like Brush is hard to come by. This restaurant is a true treasure to have in Northeast Colorado!
Iāve been to so many different sushi places and Victorās is still my favorite. I havenāt had a single thing I didnāt like. Must try the fried jalapeƱos, sashimi, hangover roll, everything is good no lie. They are so friendly and I would eat here way more if I could.

Hello everyone it's Food Guy checking out food here and there. This review is one of the lowest that I have done.? I have tried this restaurant in the past (a year ago) Thought it was bad then and it has not gotten any better. With a lot of coaching I was convinced to try it again. Well it's the same old story, bad location, bad atmosphere, EXTREMELY BAD PRICES. We entered the restaurant and there was only one other couple. Ok no worries we should get premium service. Not the case. Honestly it felt like we interrupted there nap time. Once we finally ordered, it seemed like it took a very long time to get to the table. It wasn't a difficult order, just a simple sushi platter. Ok it did taste good, but why did we not get asked if we would like to order anything else??. We new it was time to go when the other couple left and we could tell we are not going to get anymore service. The restaurant is very outdated and dinghy. The location is not inviting at all. Service not good. Again, the food tasted fine but when we got the bill (OMG) are you kidding me right now. Four people and the bill was over 200.00 dollars. FOR WHAT !!! No way should they ever be charging those prices. This is Brush Colorado for silly sake. I've never been this disappointed after leaving a restaurant as I was with this place. I am a foodie that tries to find a positive in all the restaurants that I review, but in this case I cant. I'm extremely sorry to say. I will Not recommend this restaurant to anyone, Sorry !!!
