My Sister and I stopped for lunch today after visiting our Mom at Eben Ezer. We were so happy to see Bella assisting with our order. We both ordered a cabbage pocket...Sister ordered an original and I one with green Chile. I must say, mine was one of the best, most delicious Cabbage pocket I have ever had. We camped overnight in Brush, Colorado and noticed this shop when we strolled through town in the evening. We decided to stop for some breakfast goodies on our way out of town, and are glad we did! My husband had the cabbage roll and loved it, simple, fresh and tasty. We split a cinnamon roll and a maple walnut roll, and oh my goodness, we’re they delicious! I grew up in the area and cabbage pockets were a staple. I didn't hate them, didn't love them. I decided to pick up a couple from this bakery, and WOW, they are fantastic. Also grabbed a cinnamon roll which was great.
