Great happy hour!
The food here is outstanding! We live near the front range and of all the places we eat, especially sushi Victor's is our favorite. The drinks we had were great, best sushi we've had, and that temporary cheesecake was legendary👌
This place is great!! I've lived in southern California and been to some amazing sushi bars. This place can compete with some of the best places I've been to in Orange County and LA.

Victor's Sushi | Japanese is a busy little place, but the food is always good and consistently delicious. The fish is always surprisingly fresh, and the ramen is highly praised. Specific meals mentioned include the beef tongue sushi, which is seriously incredible and truly worth trying, and the banana tempura, which is always delicious. The fried squid is also amazing, with a delicious flavor exclusive to Victor’s, tasting like a charcoal grilled steak with the texture of a juicy chicken or shrimp.
