My food was under cooked , and when it was brought to their attention, it was only heated by a torch and the waiter/bartender verbally attacked me three times in front of my young daughter. Amazing sushi; horrific staff.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, will verbally abuse you and children.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for awhile and we finally went Saturday. We could not decide what we wanted to try first and ended up ordering at least ten different things (our waiter was so patient with us!) including food and drinks.We ordered a sample slab of the sake. The sake was amazing, super smooth, so was the Japanese whiskey that I ordered.For appetizers we ordered the grilled octopus, which was so tender and flavorful, and the spring rolls. Both came up sauces that appeared to be made in house.My husband ordered some oysters on the half shell as well. I’m not a fan of oysters so I only tried one, but he loved them!We also ordered some sashimi and sushi that was absolutely divine. Unfortunately my husband and I were so excited to try it that I wasn’t able to get a photo before we ate most of it.Afterwards we ordered the kalbi short ribs as well as the soft shell crab. I’m not a big fan of crab, but it was very good, had an amazing breading and was full of flavor. The short ribs came out sizzling still and I’m ashamed to say I ate all of them without letting my husband have any, they were just so good!We finished the meal with the green tea mochi ice cream and it was such a great palate cleanser after all the food we ate.Overall, if I could I would give this place 10/10 but the stars only go up to five. Really it was just such a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Decent sushi, but wayyy overpriced and in my opinion the owner is greedy. Victor has as much business acumen as a grain of rice! The customer service here is a joke and rude employees. They lost thousands of dollars worth of my business over 10 cents worth of wasabi I wanted for a dish I ordered! Real smart ?I definitely do not recommend supporting a business like this. A good restaurant cares about what their customers think, and whether or not they're happy. This company doesn't care in the slightest about their customers or their satisfaction. I love supporting small businesses, but when I know it goes to a greedy owner I will avoid it like the plague.

So so delicious. Some of the best sushi in a land locked state and in Farm Country!!! Just the best for Americana!! haha! Definitely a go to place drove from Greeley to eat here!! Will definitely go again. Affordable too!

Sushi was pretty good, they were very short staffed when we came in. Both my husband and I ordered drinks and only he ever got his. Even after reminding them that I never got my bar drink. We were notified on arrival that they were running behind and short staffed so that was no problem since I had no where else to be on that Friday night.The staff that were there were definitely running around endlessly with no breaks. I did notice that the bar was definitely getting more attention than the tables. I watched one couple go through 4 drinks (2 each) while I again never got my drink. Overall I think that it's a good place to go and will only go up once the correct staff ratio is met.

Food was very good. We had the sunshine roll, rainbow roll, volcano roll, and the sugar daddy roll. Green mussels for an appetizer. Not sure I would order the sugar daddy again. Volcano was our favorite. Kind of wished for more Japanese ambiance. (Art, music, decor, etc)
