Nicki makes the best margs in town!! And the food is to die for!!!
We really enjoyed eating here! The beef Tallow fries and the green chili are GREAT! All the food and drinks are really good. We are so grateful that there is finally a place in the area that uses Tallow instead of seed oils to cook with.
I try to stop in once a year when I'm driving rafters during the summer. You need to hit this spot. They have a menu your taste buds will never forget. The ZUME FLUME poboy was my flavor of the day!

We happened upon this cute place as we were driving from Denver to Moab. The food was delicious and Kate was very friendly and helpful.I had the cod po boy which was delicious and my husband had a salad which he also enjoyedThis is a small, unassuming place with good beer and very friendly service (and clean bathrooms). I’d love to go back and raft through the company next time we are passing through.
If you're reading this review it means you're curious about this stop along the highway. In short, skip it.
They don't even brew their own beer. It's brewed by Elevations just go there.
4 taps, 2 are Browns Canyon Brewing Company beers.
Of the 4 taps 3 are IPAs and mediocre ones at that.
I happen to know they don't purge their lines or clean out the taps either. So come here for off tasting beer, with no river view, and ambiance courtesy of road noise and and a cluttered property. The coolest part is their bartop which features bubbling and yellowed epoxy.
Cheers.
Great small town setting! Friendly. Good beer. I will return.
Good beers (and a few choice non-beer options, try the wine spritzer on a hot summer day!) and chill outdoor space right along Highway 285 between Salida and Buena Vista. The bar shares space with a multi-sport outfitter, Rocky Mountain Outdoor Center. Love the adventure vibe!!

"Amazing views!"Very family friendly atmosphere with plenty of outdoor seating. The Shred Session IPA is perfect for post adventure chillin
The genius of Browns Canyon Brewing cannot be overstated: go on an awesome adventure, learn new skills, exert yourself in the CO Rockies and wrap up the day by chatting up your guide over a couple of beers. Love this place!
Sweet bike park! Ipa was very tasty. Nice place to hang out with a pint of beer. Excited for the food truck to open and so glad to see they have a veg option.
I've enjoyed ever beer offered on tap and found them tasty and well crafted, The atmosphere and people here make it the GO TO in the area.
Small place but super friendly and clean. Nice outdoor area. Worth the stop from the highway for a quick IPA!
