We usually get good service and enjoy this place but tonight the young lady in there would not serve coffee to us and refused it to the people in line behind us as well. She said she closed the espresso machine down around 6:30. It is a coffee place! Yes, I get it is an ice cream too place but 'latte' is in the name. We have been in there around 9pm and have always been able to get coffee or an affagato (spelling?).

An incredible find while traveling through! The ice cream is INCREDIBLE, the staff is friendly, there is an indoor play pit/slide for littles, and if I didn’t say it already, the ice cream was INCREDIBLE.
I got cookie butter and “Moose on the Loose”—both flavors were great and the moose was exceptional. Large chunks of brownie dough with caramel cups.
I got a regular size cup and the portions were very generous and the ice cream is so thick and creamy that I was full by the end!

The ice drinks are just awesome from here! Looks like they stay open after three, which is a plus because most of the areas around here like to close early. Good selection of treats the place is super clean and even have a play area for the kids
We had ice cream, an Americano, and a panini — all of which were delicious. I highly recommend stopping by!

Only one person working. I order a latte smoothie, 10 minutes later they came back and said there was no peanut butter. Ordered a mango pineapple banana smoothie instead and all I tasted was straight milk and banana. The person working was nice enough to give us a free scoop of ice cream for it. It just seemed to us that she was new but they should’ve had someone else in there.

What an amazing ice cream shop! Our visit was nothing short of spectacular. The esthetics were so cute, the slide for kids is quite genius, and the coffee/ice cream were amazing. Customer service was great even with our bigger group! Wish we had one of these nestled in our small town in North Carolina!
