Good spot for lunch after a soak at Cottonwood hot springs. Recently I am conscious of my eating portion & choice so I had a small cheeseburger brunch and okra boat. My family had burgers which are delicious.
This place is stellar! The Viking just opened their brick and mortar location after years of crushing it out of a summer only food truck. We checked out the new spot today, it was busy but the team executed flawlessly. The communication was great and we got drinks and a table fast. Checked out all new items including new burgers, salads and veggie burgers and holy cow everything was stellar. Rounded it out with goat cheese and honey sweet potato fries and fried okra! Good, creative burgers. Specialty fries were kinda small for the price. Big plus was the gluten-free options, including a GF fryer! Like the place overall but would expect to see more fries when they cost almost as much as the burger which impacted the overall rating.
