Great location with lots of food options for breakfast and lunch. They also serve coffee and a variety of hot and cold drinks. I am gluten-free and was surprised to see that they had a ton of GF options, even a GF tortilla for breakfast burritos! Thank you for being considerate of your GF friends <3
The breakfast burrito and pumpkin bar I got were very good. I ordered a coconut milk hazelnut latte and it was a good latte, but I couldn't taste any hazelnut like maybe the barista forgot?

Parking: Easy to find parking since it was early.

Food is pleasant and well prepared, burrito's were very flavorful, grain bowl was bland, pastries were very good and coffee was good as well.
The line was long, a good sign, but for a party of 6 on a Sunday morning the wait for food once ordered was over an hour, we were the 6th person from the register when arrived, so not that far back and there were 4 persons in the kitchen.
Would I go back, yes, unless I saw a large line and was very hungry.
