Excellent margaritas and range of tequilas and mezcals. Host Tony knows his stuff. A really fun stop before dinner at the Surf Hotel in Buena Vista. Coyote is a hidden gem, as well as the entire town of BV and this side of town.

The best bar in BV. We absolutely loved this little gem just near the water. The drinks are excellent and the space is just lovely. Dog friendly as well!

Best experience for tequila tasting and surprised by the back store of amazing cowboy hats haberdashery! So much fun and super cool vibey atmosphere. Steve helped us and was super knowledgeable and great service.

I’m not sure if you’ve ever eaten food or drank tequila but this place has the best assortment of tequila and mezcal I’ve ever experienced. Steve is a rockstar and Tony kills it as well. This is a spot you have to get drunk at. You’ll thanks me.

tony and steve curated a wonderful experience for my group. both were incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable, we had a wonderful time. if you want to take a journey, learn something new, and get away from that same old scene, check out coyote!
