You come here for the food. Fresh, flavorful and delicious. The chefs took the time to accommodate a request not on the menu....(spicy scallop roll - THE BEST) another standout was the Hamachi Jalapeño appetizer....the chefs chatted with me asked about my preferences and made excellent recommendations and even bought me a sip of Sake!!! Definitely coming back.
We absolutely love it here! Traveling from Leadville and the sushi never disappoints.Food is delicious and service is prompt and friendly. Can’t wait to try the new menu items 🤩

Our server, Victor, was great during a busy weekend dinner rush, but I know everyone in there was working super hard! I am very happy to have Dragon Sushi here!!!
