Casa Sanchez in Buena Vista, Colorado, offers the BEST Mexican food in Colorado and the best Mexican ever had hands down. Taco Tuesday is the Bomb with very good tacos, sopapillas, and perfect margs. The food is amazing, very fresh, and arrives within a few minutes of ordering with decent portion sizes for the price. The sauces in the enchiladas are superb and cooked perfectly. The staff are very friendly, kind, and fun waiters, providing awesome service. The atmosphere is a cute, family atmosphere, though some find it very boring and totally silent. This place is the best place to eat in this town, and the food is so good it might be worth a 2-hour drive.
