The Derhammer has been one of our favorites since they have opened. Amy and Lenny also do so much for the community of BV. Grab a drink or food here you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!
Took the opportunity to do a distillery tour while in BV for 14er Fest this weekend, and I enjoyed it a lot. Got to learn about the finer points of the spirit-making process and taste some unique and tasty products.Thanks to Lenny for inviting us into your creative space!

Deerhammer Distillery & Tasting Room has become a go to spot in Buena Vista. It offers fantastic cocktails and whiskey flights on a lovely patio. The drinks are world class, and the cheese curds will blow your hair back. Guests recommend trying their single malt if available. The place has a great vibe and provides an outstanding tour of the distillery. The tour is intimate and informative, with a knowledgeable guide. Visitors find three unique flavors with their own elevated take on old favorites. Deerhammer is a highlight of any mountain trip and a highly recommended stop in Buena Vista.
