It was soooo delicious! We we're leaving Mt. Crested Butte and pulled off looking for food and were so glad we did! Wish that I had taken a picture.

The pizzas here are always topped to the max and absolutely delicious. The gluten free crust is the best I’ve ever had. Plus they’re always available in a pinch- too tired to cook? They deliver! Forgot to thaw the turkey for Thanksgiving? They were open!

We ordered carry-out pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The thin crust was perfect. The pizza was ready when promised and the price was reasonable! Definitely recommend.

Looking for that old school jazz lounge? What about watching cats play that jazz? Now ask yourself what would make all that better, if this place served pizza!
Well folks this place exists in Buena Vista, CO!
Ok may not be an old school lounge but does have cars playing jazz music and excellent pizza!!! Mom & Son were working we went in, they were great. Was fun to watch them work together. Reminds me of my home town pizza joint in Tx.
The cats playing jazz on tv was very fun. Found a new channel for my step-dad and dogs. 🤣
Pizza - ordered their L meat lovers and fried dough. Pizza was ON POINT. Their sauces to cheese to meat was perfect. Not too little, not too much. Crust stayed crispy on the bottom but on the top soaked in the sauce. The meat and mozzarella they used had a good savory salty taste where you could actually taste each item. Fried dough was a great finisher.
We ordered L pizza, fried dough, bottle coke & bottle water = $40 - $45
We will be back, only live 2 hrs away and worth the drive.

I've been taking my kids and grandkids here. Since they opened many years ago, it's changed hands a couple times but the pizza has always stayed delicious and consistent. We usually grab a pizza the day we come to town and we take 1 to go the day we leave. The pizza is delicious with a nice thin crust, and the prices are extremely reasonable.

This place is lame for their pizza side. Online the pizza I ordered says it’s $15 for a tomato pizza and it says pesto base on the ingredients but then they charged me extra for pesto and barely put any pesto on it. I added pesto to it when I got home 😂 Walked out spending $25 for a mediocre pizza that I had to remake.

Buena Pho is off the hook AMAZING. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. Salads are fresh and tasty. The pizza is great as well. Never had a bad meal here. Angie, the owner is so sweet and her son, Simon helps all over the place. Brittany , up front has been there for years and has the best customer service skills. I HIGHLY recommend this place as a stop when you’re in Buena Vista.

I just wanted to imply that I heavily miss eating char siu bun soso badly, it is soso good. At first, walking it and sitting down with the family, I thought the combination of viet and italian food was odd at first, but after receiving it, lord have mercy, everything tasted so good. Our family rotated our selected meals to try different dishes and all of them taste amazing, nothing compares to this kind of restaurant back home in KS, I would legitimately come back to Colorado to eat this place again.

No food safety measures, rude counter lady touching food with the same gloves she used to touch the money and cleaning towels with. Would recommend when they’re NOT BUSY, when they’re busy- they’re rude, not food safe and the counter lady wanted to give me free ranch for messing up my order but when I asked for a partial refund wanted to charge me (female) for ranch but was giving free ranch to the men on the floor the entire time we waited for the remake lol.
Edit - it was not a new cook that made the food, it was the manager, I watched her jump in in the middle of the ‘new’ cook doing a great job, throw a ton of jalapeños on the entire pizza and throw it in the oven. As far as ‘picking’ the jalapeños off, If I was allergic - that would also be an issue- it should’ve just been made correctly to begin with and remade without issue. I am a GM as well and also work with high school kids in highlands ranch - they know food safety because I teach it to them. We never received the serving tools with our order and we actually didn’t eat the cheese bread, I brought it home and gave it to someone else, there was no enjoying it in the store because it came 30+ min after the first appetizer came out and was hard because it had been sitting in the back. I never said food was touched right out of the 700+ oven, I said we never changed our gloves from touching ready to eat food after handling money and cleaning products and I PROMISE free ranch was given lol. Nobody wants your restaurant to fail- if I wasn’t met with such hostility from the counter lady it wouldn’t have resulted in 1 star.
