I’m not sure why I can’t add pictures to this but you’d see a rainbow of color with all the veggies, steamy super flavorful broth with tofu and mushrooms, and peanut sauce I want to swim in lol

Pho at its best right in front of the Collegiate Peaks in Colorado! The staff is super friendly and the owners takes pride on their broth. Conveniently located inside Elk Horn Pizza on the main strip. We actually got a pizza to go, yum. Check them out.
