Really good food and friendly staff. I placed an order and they forgot to give me my fries. I don’t live too far and called after I got home. I went back and they corrected it with no problems. Highly recommend these guys.

I had the chicken and biscuit sandwich. Chicken was cooked to perfection and the biscuit didn't dry my mouth out like others do. Also had the Mac n cheese which I would was my favorite. I'm visiting from California so I'm glad I got to run into them. Hopefully one day they take their food tour to Southern California!

I am not overstating this when I say that this was a life changing experience. Nashville style hot chicken, fries and spicy Mac and cheese. So fantastic and sooooo much food. We walked over from the Hampton Inn (a couple doors down) after finding it had rave reviews on Yelp. We had been on motorcycles the whole day and we were hungry! They opened at 5 I believe, so we were there right at 5. They werent quite ready to start serving, so we placed our order and they said they would deliver it to our hotel! In the end, lines got crossed and we ended up having to walk back over to pick up, but my oh my, it was worth it! they sent way more food than we paid for and ended up eating leftovers for lunch the next day. I almost am ready to drive from Iowa back to Salida to get take out.
A small chicken wagon with a whole lot of soul. The tenders dinner with mac hit the spot after a long day of riding. The last trail was called chicken dinner. Thankfully there was a fried chicken truck in salida, with the best chicken this side of independence pass. I'll be back.

Chicken with actual flavor! Chicken with actual seasoning! It is crunchy, it is moist, it is flavorful. The mac and cheese is just as flavorful and addictive as the chicken. Super service oriented and nice people. I'm already looking at the menu to see what I'm going to get next time. Excellent food, great portions, awesome people, and a price that doesn't hurt the wallet!

These folks absolutely hooked me up with a fantastic deal just as they were closing up shop. And the food absolutely hit the spot for me. All these other bar and grill places charging 20+ dollars these days for factory frozen fried chicken. This stuff was amazing for the price they offered me. Would definitely recommend if your passing through and wanting a quick bite. Thanks again!
