I've visited the location in Ellicot before and figured I could quickly grab some great food as I was passing through Calhan. Unfortunately, the food failed to meet expectations with it being served at room temperature & over 3/4 of it barely edible. Additionally, the employees couldn't even be bothered to maintain basic hygiene standards. I was so disappointed.
The customer service at this location was top notch. The food was great, especially the Cinnamon Apples, but it wasn't all as hot as I prefer it. They also forgot to include the chicken with my 3 piece Tender meal, and when I told them, they hurriedly got it for me and apologized but when I got to my car I saw that they'd only put two tenders in the bag.
Overall it was worth the money I spent, just don't expect them to be perfect.

stopped in before the store closed. The bathrooms closed 30 min prior to the store. Children unable to use restrooms and only services were 70 miles from the direction I was traveling. The person running business was rude.
