My brisket sandwich was not as good as I'd hoped. Half the sandwich had no barbecue and the other half was mostly gristle. There was one piece of onion ring on it, about an inch long, that was it.
Absolutely fantastic. As someone with experience in the service industry this should be an example of a well run restaurant.

The clerk dropped my credit card (accidents happen) Then I was asked to drive around park and wait even though I was the only car waiting. There were no napkins in the bag (customary) and it must have the cooks first day (ham sandwich was a mess)
