I have ate here numerous times since it opened. They were a little slow when they first opened because there was a rush of people and employees are still "getting in the groove", but that's normal. Since those first few weeks I've been able to order and get my food in a very quick manner every time. French dip is always a smart choice if you are unsure what to get. The "deli style" sandwiches are yummy when you are in the mood for something a little healthier.

So this place is a no go!. You can waste your time but you will regret it. The service is extremely slow had to wait for a meal for almost 15 minutes in the drive thru??? The lady seemed so dismissive its not worth wasting money here it's new but they believe you will come because they are the only thing out here. Prove em wrong and let's get better service we deserve it!!.

Went in today for the first time, lady at the cash register very friendly, ordered my food and went home. I opened up my burger and it was undercooked, immediately called spoke with Tracy (Manager) very nice and apologized and told me to come back down and she would replace my meal. Hopefully their employees will pay more attention to cooking the meat better

Don't serve under cooked beef that you have nooked in the microwave, also food should always be hot & fresh not cold & soggy. Some of the front crew are great but there are also some rude ones. Should NEVER run outta roast beef, that's the 1 main meat ?♀️?

Wron order was delivered after waiting an excessively long time. They did correct it. Every time i go there the service is slow and the food this last time tasted awful. Seamed old and was cold. I will not be ordering anything other than ice cream or cold drinks from here out.
Went through the drive-through at 1130 it's 12, and I still haven't made it to the pay window. There are only 4 cars in front of us. This is my first time here since the opening. This place really has a bad reputation, I haven't heard anyone talk good about it.

We were so excited when this Arby's was announced, waited in anticipation, but were left feeling deflated after finally getting to try this one. We've been there several times, trying like heck to give them chances to improve, but it's just... it's just. not. happening. The last item I ordered was the Brown Sugar Bacon sandwich (?) thing I saw on TV, but the bacon fell flat on the face of that bun. It was obviously pre-cooked, pre-packaged with the brown sugar blatantly absent. Unless you're starving, road worn, or just plain desperate, there are better places further west and worth waiting the 5 extra minutes to get there. In short, move along. Nothing to see here.
Parking: Parking is much better than the food. I recommend parking in the huge lot and grabbing snacks from inside so you can make it to another fast food place.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of parking places conveniently located near the doors, and they're wide with easy access for vans.
