This is hidden place across the street from Di'Ritos. It looked good and given all these reviews we wanted to try it today. Walking in it has the great smell of BBQ, something that tells me it's going to be good. I was half right. We were seated right away though it is a smaller establishment, but enough spaced out to enjoy company. Pros: The brisket nachos with jalapeño was good. A lot of brisket and some cheese but with chips that added a nice saltiness to it. Cons: I ordered the half ribs and my husband ordered the pull pork plate. He got the wrong order but was too tired to ask for another. Brief good news is the brisket had a good char. Bad news is both our meat was dry and had to almost douse it in the BBQ sauce. For my side I ordered the dill pickle potato salad. It was over powering with the dill. I couldn't finish it. My husband ordered the Mac and cheese for his side, he said was OK. So overall our meal was so so. Recommended? Umm hard to say. We won't be back. But maybe someone can try it for themselves to make that decision. Husband said we should have gone to Di'Ritos instead.

Love the experience in this place, excellent food, good prices and very friendly
The first time I went to this place the food was a little old (i.e. not served fresh) but was still really good. It was really juicy and full of marinade. I didn't use any BBQ sauce to eat the meats because they were both really good on their own and I thought the BBQ sauce would actually detract from it. The beans were really good as well (they had little chunks of meat in them that were really tasty). The mac and cheese was also among some of the better ones I have had, especially from a BBQ place. The second time was not as impressive. I was able to do a 1/2 and 1/2 plate of brisket and pulled pork the first time, but the second time the waitress told me I couldn't, and the brisket was nothing special. The mac and cheese was also not that special, especially compared to the first time I had it. The jalapeño sausage was really good, however. It was probably the best one I've ever had; it practically melted in my mouth. They offer two BBQ sauces (a regular and hot version). I preferred the regular version, but neither of them are worth raving about.

As someone from Tennessee, I’m picky about my BBQ. Boudreauxs was seriously good though! And the smoked mac and cheese was to die for.

Came in for lunch with a few people, service & atmosphere was GREAT however the food was disappointing. Brisket wasnt bad, however three slim slices that were mostly fat coupled with a piece of white bread & a tiny portion of potato salad that had more dill & what tasted like sour cream than potato was a let down. If youre going to use cafeteria trays at least get smaller sizes to go with the small portions & carry more than two sauces!

Sauce way too much vinegar otherwise would have been great. Ate without the BBQ sauce. Good to take out and use your own

Delicious! Five Star indeed!!We had the brisket and ribs, the homemade sauce (regular and hot) all were very good. We also tried all of the sides and they were equally delicious, including the collard greens which were a new addition (so we were told)Definitely the place to go for great BBQ.Parking: Parking located right in front of building.

Finally a truly GREAT BBQ place in Canon! Located in the old Brews and Bikes spot, Boudreaux's is truly great Q. Simple menu, but it they are all hits. I have tried the pulled pork (which is always my favorite), the brisket (which is wonderful here), the baked beans (truly the best beans in town) and the mac n cheese (always good) and everything is off the charts good. The spot is mostly unchanged from B&B days, so it keeps that laid back and nice vibe. Great patio. Good location on Main St. I hope it stays around for a looooong time! Truly a terrific experience.
