These guys are on the ball. Their drive through is amazing. Always get a good food, never have a problem. They're dining room however, has never been great, always kind of half dirty, always kind of weird feel to it. Plus bathrooms with a code, because the homeless are sleeping in them. Not so fun.

Very disappointed in my visit today. I ordered a ham egg and cheese sandwich meal. I asked for them to please make the hash rounds crispy. The manager who gave me my food said that she let them cook an extra 30 seconds.....( yeah maybe you did 30 minutes prior). I tested one and they weren't even warm, I told her about it and she just proceeded to argue with me about it. So told her dont worry about it have a nice day. Get home to eat what I thought was going to be my ham egg and cheese sandwich and we'll it was bacon. Oh and the sandwich bread was hard and cold. I tried to call and they dont answer. I understand that mistakes happen but this is the 3rd time for me with my breakfast. Burger King used to have the best breakfast. I wish people would have pride in their jobs and what they serve. I have worked in the fast food industry and it does not take much to make things fresh and hot. Do better managers!!!

Tried to order my lunch, two double cheeseburgers, which comes to $6.50 every time I order it. Person at drive through told me the total was $9.14. Called and spoke to the rude manager, who used the excuse that their speaker was broken, and said that I was rude. Obviously my business is not needed there, and I will no longer be a customer to that restaurant.

I just had to take a moment to recognize Quinlan at Burger King — absolutely top-notch customer service! From the second I pulled up, Quinlan was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about the customer experience. My order was correct, fresh, and delivered with a smile, which sadly isn’t always the norm these days — but Quinlan went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.
It’s people like Quinlan who make you want to come back again. Burger King is lucky to have such a standout team member. Give that person a raise!

We waited a very long time in the line because the menu changes slowly and the one thing we all wanted The Infamous Coke Icee machine wasn’t working. How convenient. Plus the food came out and we didn’t get the whole order.. No sauces for chicken nuggets or marinara sauce for the mozzarella fries.
