This was our first time here, we were not disappointed. Staff was super friendly and the service was good. I wouldn't say the food stood out, but it was solid. It was great to be able to get a coffee drink for the road trip home. We'd return for a bite if back in Canon City.

Ms. Cassie who took our order was quick and kind despite us coming in so late, and was super efficient despite being the only person working up front. We ordered the chips and guac, chicken fried steak, ciabatta burger, ahi poke bowl, fish and chips, a side salad with thousand island dressing, and a mango strawberry smoothie.
The ciabatta burger was super delicious, with lots of umami, the patty cooked just right, with plush, soft ciabatta toasted nicely on the inside; the chicken fried steak had a nice crispy exterior with a tasty gravy to pair alongside it; the poke was a crowd-favorite, with a balanced composition and lots of diversity in flavor; and the fish and chips were called "perfect" by my dad.

They're good. But FOH staff should know their menu better.... I asked if their quinoa with grilled salmon was a hot dish or col and was told it was hot.... it was not and that was disappointing. Food was still decent though. My mom enjoyed her burger.

Hot chocolate was a powder mix.. stay away from that.
Ordered pancakes and one side looked good and the other side was burned to a crisp. They tried to hide it with the good side.. terrible food
