I had dinner with my family of 6 tonight, and we had the best service, and the food was perfect. Our server Trindon is by far the best I've seen in a long time and was very attentive even though every table was full. Thanks, Trindon, for your service!
Very disappointing food and even got half the order wrong so was odd watching them eat while we waited!

I am a regular at this Chilis in Canon City and I come here 3 or more times a week. I like to sit and draw while I eat because I am an artist and like to let the public see my drawing process. The staff here have not only been extremely friendly and accommodating to me, but I consistently see them treating their customers with kindness and respect. For the most part, the servers and other staff here really care about their jobs and they are the reason that this particular Chilis branch is the best place to eat in our town!

We sat at the bar, and the counters were never cleaned the entire time we were there, nor were the tables for that matter. I saw the bar waitress give people condiment bottles but never wiped them down when the individuals left.We waited forever for our food, frajitas, which were cold. They did not come out sizzling like they were supposed to.Very bad experience. We don't go out to eat much as my guy is a chef, and I am very culinary in my cooking. We went out for the margaritas, but even those were subpar.Unfortunate!

Too many people are sleeping on these southwestern eggrolls! Service was consistently quick but never bothersome. I sat at the bar alone and never got bored! Great bartender, great service. (ELLEN makes a great old fashioned!)There's a novelty at this facility that makes for a wonderful Wednesday night.
Used to frequent this restaurant frequently. Spend over $100 every time. Went in on 2/20/2024. Not sure if they got new management. I've never been talked "down to" in a restaurant by a manager until today. He was extremely rude. Ended up just leaving as there was no way to have an enjoyable meal after speaking with the manager. Will not be returning. I guess the manager doesn't know that customers choose where to spend their money??

Checked in for pick up and waited almost 30 minutes. Delivery person informed me my order was done 40 minutes prior like it was my fault! Then proceeded to tell me how swamped they were. 4 others were waiting for orders that were as late or later than mine. My food was cold and soggy from sitting so long, drinks watered down from ice melt. We will go somewhere else next time

Great experience overall! Andrew was attentive and funny. Three of us got the chicken tenders which were really good! My dad got a steak with veggies and wiped his plate clean!
