Nice little coffee shop I stopped by while passing through Cañon City today. Espresso roast tastes alright in an Americano, around medium-light roasted. I think espresso dialing in needs some work, as the shot tasted pulled fast (weak), and I think some of the roundness of the shot got lost. Service and and atmosphere is amazing!

Aesthetics were nice. Coffee's good. Tea is decent. Service was provided but without a smile. Coffe cup lids do not stay on so be very careful. We ended up with our drinks running loose in the car and all over my blouse.

This was our favorite stop while in Canon City. Best service, the lady behind the counter was so helpful in packing my wife and daughters food to go, even warmed it up and provided lots of napkins. Apple fritter was perfect, cinnamon roll was large and tasty and my wife’s chocolate pastry was delicious. The drip coffee was good, and my daughter liked the hot apple cider, would recommend a stop if you have time.
