Had to wait in line for a pickup order. When I moved to register side I got a Weird look from girl. She did not seem happy at all, not from me but in general. A smile would be great! If you don’t like your job, quit. She lost my business in the future just due to her attitude. I want a great experience, I’m very personable and enjoy the little things like helping, talking and meeting new people. I enjoy my day so much more after talking to people who are the same. Bad vibes in this place :( I won’t be back.

This was the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. I got cake batter with Reese’s, choco chips, and M&Ms. All I can say is order a smaller one cause I thought I needed a big one and barely ate half! AMAZING THOUGH!

I placed an order through door dash and my order arrived right before close when I opened my bag I realized my order was 100% wrong. I ordered sweet cream ice cream, strawberry, Golden oreo cookies, whip topping, all in a sprinkle bowl. I was given a bowl of ice cream with golden oreos nothing else. I'm very unhappy that I spent nearly 18$ on a bowl of ice cream that was nothing like what I ordered, I want a refund and hope to hear back from cold stone in the am when they open.

We ordered some Coldstone ice cream on my wife’s birthday. I was very disappointed in what I received. My the ice cream contained very little of the Oreo cookies. I always order the Oreo cookies with vanilla ice cream; and this order contained very little of the Oreo cookies.This is the first time I’ve written a review of my experience with Cold Stone Creamery. I got a salted caramel shake with white chocolate and pecans, it tasted like a praline shake! Amazing! Service was amazing too!
Single men, this is an excellent place to take someone on a date. Married men, this is an excellent place to take your wife and children, one at a time. Fantastic choices with the old time personal creativity of hand mixing. A+ on clean, friendly, and tasty.

Ok and just ok... Teenager hangout...overpriced especially for this area. We went twice because we had coupons. Next time we to 2 grandkids and my goodness it was like raking them out to dinner $$$$ crazy never again... That was 2 1/2 years ago.

I took my daughter here for a school reward today! She loved it! She had been once before with her aunt. This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The two girls working were so sweet and very kind. The store was clean. Our order was prepared quickly. They weren't super busy at the time we went and the wait time was not long at all. Plenty of parking space for this little gem of a store. The ambiance was quite nice. Not too loud. There are lots of menu posters to help in making your decision too. I will definitely be coming back to this specialty store. I highly recommend this ice cream creamery to everyone!
