The service, and quality has really gone down in the last year. Drive thru orders never correct. Dine in Blizzard stood on counter. I stood waiting watching other people ordered after me served. Employees talking with each other. Watch blizzard melt. The meal was not fresh or hot. No one wants to be ignored. I hope middle management will address the issues. Sad to see a place we once loved slide down hill so quickly. Drive thru orders rarely correct. We will be going to WENDYS moving forward.
As the DN team requested I gave another try. The drive through service was cheerful. The order/ food unfortunately. I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger meal. Received a normal cheeseburger. Very frustrating. We will not return.As it appears that DQ front line supervisors are not intereste in improving customer service at this location/ fast food restaurant. One key to success is the use of metrics and have middle management regularly evaluate them. I hope this will be resolved quickly. Best of luck.

I mean, it's a DQ, if that is what you're after, this is it. Chicken strip basket and Blizzards are the safe bets IMO.

Came in after a long afternoon of Door Dashing, and it was later in the evening. The staff were awesome, friendly and had great attitudes! The food was hot, just out of the fryer, and was delivered pretty quickly! Keep up the great work! I'll for sure be coming back again!
Order online or go in. Headsets are faulty. Every time we have gone through the drive thru order has been wrong. Food is warm. Not fresh or hot.

Good food except they seemed to be racist. A dark skinned man walked in behind me and everyone stopped to stare and a few older people put food down and left all the while saying "they shouldn't serve those people" the girls at the register walked away after they helped me and the guy stood there waiting for service for a good ten minutes. They were not busy and when I got my food he was still waiting. He ended up leaving.

Was not given my card back OR A RECEIPT IN THE DRIVE THRU! 10/3/24!! Manager and employees claim my card is not there and they don’t have it. The employee was friendly with me. The manager had a huge attitude. Where’d it go when I handed it to your employee last night? Would like to discuss with higher management with no attitude please.

Extremely rude people working in the kitchen. I sat at the window for 5 minutes and no one came and took my payment so i looked in the window and they were staring at me and giggling and obviously talking about me.
The manager, "person in charge" has no positive customer service training, very rude. As a customer driving through Canon City, it makes me wonder if the whole town is like that. When she was confronted, she said "if you don't like it go to Chili's.

My grandfather my service dog and I came in to sit down and eat, my service dog got next to me on the seat to alert me of a possible seizure coming, the lead shift Maggie I believe came up to me extremely rude as I got up to walk around and told me to get the dog out of here she isn’t not a service animal in a very rude tone didjt even give me a chance to show or tell her this IS a service animal, I dodkt have the energy to argue with ignorance so I put her outside and proceeded to take the nessisary steps I need to take
