Husband and I stopped into town to try the local restaurant. We didn’t wait more than 15 minutes on a Saturday night. The service was great and our server was lovely. We absolutely loved the bread with the roasted garlic!! I have never had anything that delicious in my life! It was an incredible savory starter that you won’t find anywhere else and you gotta have it if you’re in town. Husband had “That’s A Good Pasta” and I had a “Shrimp Alfredo”. He thought his was great! I thought the shrimp could use a little salt and pepper when grilled, but still a delicious dish. Would visit again if we’re in the area!
I'm a local artist that likes to draw live at local eateries, and DiRito's is one of my favorites because I can get great food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.In my opinion DiRito's is the best locally owned restaurant in Canon City for several reasons- they have great tasting food in large portion sizes, their friendly staff are helpful and have a great positive attitude, and their management is hands on and you can tell they really care about their restaurant! The owner really treats his employees with respect and gratitude and it shows!My favorite meal is the spaghetti but they have so many good things to try. I also love going back to eat in the grotto for a different, chill vibe.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our waiter was really nice. She was super busy but always kind to everyone. We're new to Cañon City and trying different places. This was on our list. The food was good and portions were huge! Excellent meal for your money. I liked the fresh sauce for my spaghetti. Light and flavorful and asked for a bit more on my pasta.The feel of the restaurant was nice. Customers coming in weren't too friendly though lol.We'll be back for sure.
