My family and I went to ihop for dinner last night and Shelby was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing! She joked around with us and kept the atmosphere light. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who dines in at the Canon City IHOP!! :)

My dad is elder accidentally walked in the WOMENS RESTROOM…. Manager asked us to leave. She was VERY VERY RUDE. Didn’t even speak with him or his family and his memory isn’t well. I could not leave a review without ONE star. Service was HORRIBLE!

Service was phenomenal! Our server Marsha provided the best and fastest service I have ever received in a restaurant. She had a very positive attitude and was also very attentive. I would go back just for Marsha’s service alone. She deserves a raise!

I had warning not to go here when the Chilis next door is completely packed and this place had nothing.
We were the 2nd table in the building. Literally us and one other table. We walk in took 10 mins to even be talked to. No worries I do notice they have virtually no staff so I can understand slower service. We get sat down and drinks are ordered (they had hardly any choices since Christmas wiped them out also understandable) However, what is not acceptable is using the same oil for at least all day but with how my food tasted and ultimately came out I'd say at least a couple day old oil. Breakfast foods that were ordered did come out looking good and honestly had very little to no complaints on them. The biscuit was absolutely saturated in oil and if I had to assume based on flavor was either made that morning or the previous day and reheated. I ordered the 2 fish strips and shrimp. Probably not the move at Ihop but they're advertising it and it's a new promotion so would think it would have been at least edible. For the 3 of us to eat the bill came up to near $90 for the worst food and service I have ever gotten at an Ihop. This Ihop needs complete new management/ownership cause this is a disgrace. Needless to say one new local in town that will absolutely never return and will ensure I tell everyone how god awful the food was for what I had to pay. Better off going anywhere else in Canon than here if you're hungry.

We waited an hour and a half to get our food. Multiple orders were wrong but we just ate them because we didn't have another hour to wait. The absolute worst IHOP I've ever eaten at. Another time at this location they took our drink order and never came back. Horrible place I do not recommend it.

Absolutely trash food. Sat in there for 45 minutes for pancakes. When they finally brought them out they were raw. Then sat for another 30 minutes waiting for some that were cooked all the way. Finally got tired of waiting and left. No refills on drinks were offered and the staff was so rude! Dont waist your time at that place! Thought id try it again. Even worce this time. Sat for over an hour waiting for food. Finally left and went to chilis 12/26/25 Dont waist your time at I hop! Go to chili's

The food was good, tasted alright but it was lukewarm at best, cold at worst. I came here with my family on a whim while visiting Colorado. There was almost no one there and there was only one waitress, Shelby. Shelby was an amazing waitress and brightened all of our moods, if you can, ask for her.

Horrible Business Ethics Me and my Family of four (Parents and Brother) sat down for Breakfast this Morning and never ate any of it because We waited and waited and waited for our Meals to come out for over an hour and a half and never got it the two Customers that sat down after Us got their food before Us and We couldn't wait any longer to the point where all four of Us straight up walked out after ordering. We will NEVER come to eat here again.
