Bathroom had sewer water running out under the door. The computer or worker didn't work to except rewards. Some reason they can't toast a roast beef sandwich 😕 but the worst part was it took 20 minutes to get our order. Freaky slow lol. And the restaurant was pretty dirty.

We got sandwiches here all the time and had no issue but today we got a chicken bacon ranch and there was a sprinkle of chicken not ever much like more of a garnish, 1/2 piece of bacon and that was it. Then tried to call and their number didn't even go through so had to drive all the way back for attitude and not much else.

Recommend hitting the drive thru, earplugs, or if that’s your style of music—you’re going to f’ing love it. 🤘

Freaky slow subs. Computer system was down, so our order took 20 minutes before we could pay. Staff didn’t make our sandwiches while we were waiting for the computer to restart. Manager came out and complained about our order because of the modifications we asked for (nothing crazy, and we’ve never had an issue at the dozens of other JJ’s we’ve been to), and there was literally nobody else in the store. To top it all off, the sandwiches weren’t good. Our order wasn’t prepared correctly, the proportions were off, the lettuce wasn’t sliced… not a good JJ’s at all.

Gluten Free: most ingredients are naturally GF and you can make any sandwich an unwich (lettuce wrap) but things are cross contaminated. Nothing is wiped down between.
